Action 73 – Join the Final Guardrail 

It’s been noted that the Constitution and the Rule of Law are having a tough time in the Trump/Musk administration.  After the Congress has failed to stop the democracy-destroying rampage, and with a thoroughly co-opted Administration, the next guardrail is the Judiciary.  (That’s also under attack and we will soon have an action item on it.)  But the final guardrail of democracy is, and has always been, we the people.  Mass mobilization is a formidable foe of autocracy and it’s just beginning.  Here are some dates to keep in mind and attend if you can.  If they are in-person demonstrations, get your signs ready. Remember to keep calm, resolute, and non-violent.

            You may have participated in the hearing or sent testimony. LD 260 is headed for a floor vote.
